How to perform bulk actions: Steps

Open the Links page

Go to Links in your chosen workspace. Use Search, Filters, or Sort to narrow the list.

Enter multi-select mode

Click the ⋯ menu in the top-right of the list and choose Select links. You’ll see checkboxes appear next to each row.

Select your links

Tick the rows to update. A counter confirms selections (e.g., “7 links selected”).

Choose a bulk action

  • Move to folder. Pick or create the destination folder to regroup links quickly. Great for archiving or campaign housekeeping.
  • Add tags. Apply one or more tags to all selected links. This is ideal for cross-campaign grouping or reporting.
  • Delete selected. Permanently remove the selected links.
