Short answer: ShortPen has three roles: Owner, Admin, User. Roles are set at the Organization level and limited by which Workspaces a person can access. There is exactly one Owner per Organization. Admins manage most settings but cannot remove the Owner. Users work only in the Workspaces you grant them.

Why roles matter

  • Organization holds global stuff (Domains, Pixels, Teams, Billing). Workspace is where day-to-day work happens (Links, QR Codes, Events, Analytics).
  • You can own one Organization and be invited to others. Your permissions change per Organization.
Tip: Team management exists on all plans. The number of collaborators depends on your subscription.
