Before you start
- You’re an Owner or Admin in the Organization you’re managing. Admins can manage users but cannot delete the Owner.

Manage the role of an existing user
- Go to Settings → Organization → Team.
- Select the user from the list to open their profile/permissions.
- Switch Make it administrator On/Off to promote to Admin or revert to User.
- Review Workspace access and adjust (grant All workspaces or specific workspaces).
- Save your changes.
“Admin” is for people who help you manage ShortPen (users, domains, workspaces). “User” is for people who just need to create/manage links inside the workspaces you allow.
