How to create a new workspace
- Go to Settings → Organization → Workspaces.
- Click New workspace.
- Name the workspace.
- Manage user access:
- Toggle All users in the organization to grant access to everyone, or
- Check specific users to give access only to them (recommended for client-by-client setups). (This assigns workspace access to users who already exist in your Organization.)
- Click Create.
How to rename a workspace
- Select the workspace you want to edit from the dropdown menu in ShortPen’s primary sidebar.
- From Settings → Workspaces.
- Update the Workspace name and click Save.
How to delete a workspace
- From Settings → Workspaces, open the gear icon for the target workspace.
- Choose Delete and confirm.
Important: You’ll see the delete control only when your Organization has more than one workspace. If you delete a workspace, everything inside it is lost forever (links, QR codes, analytics, events).
