Short answer: Go to Organization → General, change the Organization name, upload a logo (profile image), and click Save. That’s it.

Before you start

  • You must belong to an Organization. Each account owns one Organization but can be invited to others.
  • Only the Owner (and typically Admins) can edit Organization-level settings.

Update name, logo, and core settings

Open Organization settings

In the left navigation, select Organization, then open the General tab.You’ll see Organization information with Profile image and Organization name fields.

Upload or change the logo

Click Upload image under Profile image, pick a square image (PNG/JPG works best), and confirm.This image appears as your Organization’s avatar across ShortPen.

Rename your Organization

In Organization name, type the new name you want teammates to see.

Save

Press Save to apply changes. Your new branding updates immediately in the app.
