How to change your plan: Steps
Open Billing
In ShortPen, go to Settings → Billing and Plan.You’ll see your active plan and usage bars (users, workspaces, events).
How billing works mid-cycle
- Upgrade We credit the amount you already paid for the remaining days of your current plan and charge only the difference for the rest of the cycle. Your higher limits/features start immediately after confirmation.
- Downgrade You keep your current (higher) plan until the renewal date, then the lower plan starts. Same if you move to Free, it starts at renewal. Your links and data stay, features over the new plan’s limits pause when the lower plan begins.
