Short answer: open a link’s Analytics view, pick a Timeframe for the date range, then add one or more filters such as Event/Conversion, Country, Source, Device, Platform, Browser, or Language. You can combine filters to isolate precise cohorts (e.g., “Checkout completed” in Canada on Firefox).
**Filters and analytics history over 30 days **are available on paid plans.

3

Add segmentation filters

Notes & tips

  • Seeing “Direct” as a source is normal when referrer data is missing (e.g., private apps/DMs).
  • If a table looks short on Free plan, that’s expected. The full dataset appears on paid plans.
  • For workspace-wide segmentation by folder/tag, use workspace analytics instead.
