Short answer: on any analytics page (Link-Level Analytics or Workspace-Level Analytics), click Share analytics, then copy the public URL from the dialog and send it to stakeholders. The shared page is read-only and doesn’t require a ShortPen account to view.
Why use it? It’s the fastest way to give clients or collaborators visibility on performance without granting platform access.

How to share a public analytics URL

  1. Open the analytics page you want to share (link-level or workspace-level).
  2. Click Share analytics. Share this statistics page dialog opens.
  3. Copy the public URL shown.
  4. Send that URL to your stakeholders. Viewers don’t need to log in and will only see read-only stats.
