Short answer: Go to Settings → Account, edit your Profile information (name, surname, email, timezone), then press Save. To change your password, fill in Current password, New password, and Confirm password, then Save.

How to update your profile (name, email, timezone)

  1. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  2. Choose Account.
  3. Under Profile information, update:
    • Name and Surname
    • Email address
    • Timezone.
    • Set your preferred timezone. This will affect the timestamps in Analytics, reports, and any settings that involve date and time.
  4. Click Save.
Note: Changing your email updates the login email for your ShortPen user.

Change your password

  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. Scroll to Update password.
  3. Enter your Current password.
  4. Enter your New password (use a long, unique one).
  5. Confirm password by typing it again.
  6. Click Save.
