# How to contact ShortPen support

> Contact ShortPen support via in-app form or email. Get quick help with your account, links, or billing issues.

**Quick answer:** The fastest way to reach us is the in-app Support form. You can also use the chat widget (when available) or send us an email. We typically answer within **one business day**. Complex issues may take longer.

## How to open a support ticket

1. In the left menu, click **Support**.
2. Fill **Name**, **Email**, and **Message** (describe the problem, steps, etc.).
3. Click **Send message**.
4. Check your inbox for our reply. We’ll follow up by email.

  **Why this is best**: tickets keep your history tied to your organization/workspace, which helps us troubleshoot accurately.

If you can't access your account, please [send us an email](mailto:support@shortpen.com) from the address linked to your account so we can verify ownership.

Include: account email, workspace name, affected link or URL, and a short description.

## Response times
