# How to view your ShortPen plan and usage 

> View your ShortPen plan and usage. Check limits for users, workspaces, and events, and manage upgrades easily.

**Short answer:** open Settings → Billing and Plan to see your **active plan** and the **Usage and limits** panel ([Users](/organization-management/user-management), [Workspaces](/key-concepts/workspaces-overview), [Events](/key-concepts/events-and-conversions-overview), API) with your current consumption and reset date.

## How to view your plan and usage

1. **Go to Settings.** In the left sidebar, open **Settings**.
2. **Open Billing and Plan.** Click **Billing and Plan** in the Settings menu.
3. **Check your plan.**
   * See your **plan name** and **status**.
   * Use **View plans** to [compare/upgrade if needed](/account-billing-security/plans-and-limits/change-plan).
4. **Review Usage and limits.**

   See live counters for **Users**, **Workspaces**, and **Events.**

  Some features and higher limits are available only on **paid plans**. Use **View plans** to compare options.

    In **Settings → Billing and Plan → Usage and limits**, next to each item (Users, Workspaces, Events) you’ll see the format `used of total`.

    Only the **Organization Owner** can change billing and plan. Admins and Users may have restricted or read-only access depending on permissions.

  <Accordion title="I belong to multiple Organizations. Which usage am I seeing">
    You’re seeing the usage for the **currently selected Organization**. Switch Organization first, then revisit **Billing and Plan**. (You can belong to multiple Organizations if invited, but you can own only one.)
